The location is very central. I found the check-in process very quick. The staff at reception were friendly. The room itself was clean and well kept.
The shower was very small. It was a bit difficult to move around without bumping into the walls.

the staff seemed very helpful. they offered a clean room, and the furnishings looked to be of a high standard! the hotel seemed to be in a good location. it was not too far from the city centre.
the additional charge for parking felt a bit much. at seventeen pounds!

The room was quite basic. There werent any chairs or tables, I did miss a place to put my belongings. The mattress felt old and not very comfortable, and it made noises whenever I moved.

The staff were helpful. I am grateful. The room was clean, and I found it more spacious than expected. I booked a room with no window, but I received an upgrade to a window room. The hotel location is great, really close to the main shopping area.
The hotel room was small. There was only enough room to hang two items of clothing. I had to ask for extra toilet roll as there was only a few sheets left on the current one.
